What counts as a small website edit?+
Text, images, prices, products, a new testimonial, a new page using your existing design, fixing a form — the sort of change that takes us minutes to an hour rather than days.
How does "unlimited" work?+
Send as many small requests as you like. We work through them one active request at a time, in the order they arrive, so nothing gets lost and everything gets proper attention.
What happens if I don't request anything this month?+
We're still doing routine care in the background — health checks, form checks, link and integration checks on the software we manage for you.
What software do you support?+
The tools small businesses actually run on: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, form tools and the common automation platforms. If yours isn't listed, ask.
Who actually does the work?+
A Pesterby specialist. Every request has one person responsible for reviewing it, doing the work and telling you when it's done.
Do you need access to my accounts?+
For most work, yes — but never through the request form. Once you're onboarded we set up proper access to the specific tools involved.
Can I cancel anytime?+
